The role of the Parents' Association:
The Parents' Association has two main roles within the school:
- To work in partnership with the Principal, Board of Management and the whole school community for the betterment of the children in the school.
- To support and empower parents to be active in the best interests of their children’s educational lives.
But more importantly, we love to organise lots of fun events and activities throughout the school year to bring joy and sparkle to our girls 😊
Some of our highlights in 2024 included:
- Welcome pack for Junior Infants
- Halloween Chocolate Apples
- Christmas Monster Raffle, Class Raffle with Class Treats
- Valentines Day Cake Sale
- Communion & Confirmation Receptions
- Active Week Engagement & sponsoring of Yoga class
- 6th Class Graduation Breakfast & PA contribution to Class hoodies
- Bag2School Collections
- Newsletters during the year
- Donation of Bananas from Fyffes
